Serial Killer Exhibition Location

Set in a maze of disused railway arches under Waterloo station in London, we encourage those that have a natural affinity to the unusual, the daring and the unknown.

The Vaults, Leake Street, London, SE1 7AD

  • Exit Waterloo Station via Exit Two onto Waterloo Road (there should be a Sainsbury's opposite). Turn right and walk towards the Old Vic. Turn right onto Bayliss Road. Take the second right on to Lower Marsh.
  • For our Launcelot Entrance walk for 100m, past Vodafone, and turn right onto Launcelot Street.
  • For our Leake Street Entrance walk for 150m and turn right into a tunnel (Leake Street, graffiti tunnel). The Vaults will be visible on your right hand side.
  • For entrance to The Vaults Studio walk for 200m and turn right at 139 Lower Marsh, just after the Stowaway hotel.

What can I expect from the event?

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the science and history behind serial crimes. Divided into insightful sections, this exhibition allows you to explore the notorious serial killers of the past and compare them with modern-day counterparts. Learn about various typologies, murder methods, and the sinister goals that drive these individuals.

Where is the experience located? The Vaults, Leake Street, London, SE1 7AD
If coming from Waterloo Station, exit via Exit 2, by the McDonalds. Turn right out of the station, and then right again at Pret on the corner. Walk straight down Lower Marsh. You should pass Greggs and then Iceland. Before the "Sino Thai" restaurant turn right down into Leake Street tunnel. The Vaults' front doors are on the right hand side.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last? People usually spend a minimum of 1.5 to 2 hours at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? There is no food or beverage for purchase at this event.
Is there parking available? There is no parking at the venue, but we have great public transport links and public car parks within walking distance.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality? Yes, this experience will feature Virtual Reality.
Is there a dress code? There's no defined dress code for this experience.
Will there be interaction with the performers? This is not a performance, but an exhibition featuring original artifacts that belonged to international serial killers. You can fully immerse yourself in the experience by observing and exploring these authentic exhibits.
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes, the event will have merchandise available, including the official book of the exhibition.

Where can I get tickets? In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store
On the Fever website
Can I purchase tickets at the door? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Do you offer press passes? If you would like a press pass, please contact us at press@serialkiller-exhibition.com and we will evaluate your request.

About access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Service animals are the only animals permitted on site.
Is the venue accessible? The venue is fully accessible
Do you offer carer tickets? If you require assistance throughout the experience, you can apply for a free pass for your Personal Assistant/Support Worker. Please contact Fever with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once this is received, they will then provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket. Please keep in mind that you will be required to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each Carer ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.
Here are a few of the documents Fever accept:
  • Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.
  • Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
  • Evidence of being severely sight impaired.
  • CredAbility Access Card – + 1 category requirement.
  • A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? We have written and audible information available by scanning the QR codes in the exhibition.
Will there be strobe lights? No, there will only be stage lighting to enhance the exhibition.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? Yes, chairs are available. However, please note that this is a walk-through experience, so seating may be limited.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found? No, there is no lost and found.
Is a cloakroom available? Unfortunately, this venue has no cloakroom.
Is there an age requirement? All ages are welcome to this experience! However, children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that the space is not accessible for prams/strollers.
Will there be an audio guide? No, but information is available through QR codes at various sections of the exhibition to enhance the story and context of each case.
