What can I expect from the event?

An immersive true crime exhibition based on real, original artefacts belonging to some of the world's most notorious serial killers.

This is not a fictional reconstruction: visitors come face to face with objects that were actually used, touched, and lived with by real criminals, offering a powerful and authentic insight into the reality of serial crime.

Curated with a museum approach, the exhibition explores the subject from a historical, criminological, and psychological perspective, without sensationalism.

Where is the experience located? The exhibition takes place at Pullman Yards, 225 ROGERS ST NE, Atlanta, Georgia (USA). PULLMAN YARDS
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? The experience takes place indoors, in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last? 90 minutes.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? Food and beverages are not available inside the exhibition. However, restaurants and food options are available within Pullman Yards and in the surrounding area.
Is there parking available? Parking is available at Pullman Yards and in the surrounding area.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality?

Yes, this experience features Virtual Reality content.

Virtual Reality experiences are not recommended for people with magnetic hearing aids or for guests with a pacemaker.

Is there a dress code? There is no dress code.
Will there be interaction with the performers? No. The exhibition is a self-guided museum experience, with no interaction with performers.
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes, official merchandise will be available, including the official exhibition book.

Where can I get tickets?

Can I purchase tickets at the door? Tickets may be available for purchase on site, subject to availability.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, tickets can be transferred to another person through the Fever app.
Do I need to print my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? Refunds and date changes depend on the ticket conditions displayed at the time of purchase on Fever.
Can I make a group booking?

Yes, group bookings are available via Fever.

Groups must consist of a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 25 people.

About access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? It is recommended to arrive slightly in advance. Your ticket allows entry at any time within your selected time slot.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? No animals are allowed, except for certified service dogs.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the venue is accessible to visitors with reduced mobility.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Dangerous objects, weapons, illegal substances, large bags, or any item deemed inappropriate by staff are not permitted.
Do you offer carer tickets? Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?

The exhibition is designed with accessibility in mind:

Visually impaired visitors can scan QR codes at each exhibit to access audio narration with detailed information and historical context.

Deaf visitors can access written information for each exhibit, ensuring full access to the content.

Will there be strobe lights? No, there are no strobe lights in the exhibition.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? Yes, seating areas are available along the exhibition route.
Will restrooms be available on site? Yes, restrooms are available on site.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Photography for personal use is allowed. Video recording may be subject to restrictions.
Is there a Lost & Found? A Lost & Found service is available and managed by the venue staff.
Is coat check available? No cloakroom service is available.
Is there an age requirement?

The exhibition is recommended for visitors aged 14 and over.

Adult supervision is advised for minors.

Will there be an audio guide?

There is no traditional audio guide.

However, QR codes are available throughout the exhibition, providing additional information and context for each section.

Visitors are encouraged to bring their own headphones.
